A Legacy of Excellence in Repair I’m Samuel Ferranti, a proud 4th-generation repairman serving Charleston, South Carolina and the Low country. My story is built on nearly a century of craftsmanship, dedication, and family tradition.It all began in the 1930s, when my great-grandfather, the original Sam Ferranti, arrived from Sicily through Ellis Island and built a reputation as one of New England’s finest repairmen while working for Singer in New York City. He passed down his skills, knowledge, and work ethic to my grandfather, Andy Ferranti, who carried the torch into the second generation. My father, Anthony Ferranti, continued the tradition, instilling in me the same pride and precision that has defined our family for almost 100 years.Today, I’m honored to carry forward this legacy as the 4th generation of Ferranti’s dedicated to keeping machines running strong.
